Why Do You Need a Calligraphy Sheet Generator
Practice sheets are essential for handwriting practice, widely used by primary school students, calligraphy beginners and teachers. This tool runs entirely in the browser — no fonts to install — and generates standard Tianzi, Mizi, Huigong, square and lined grid sheets, with image download and direct printing support.
Core Features Explained
This tool provides the following settings:
- Multiple grid styles: Tianzi grid for basic practice, Mizi grid with eight-direction guides for structure, Huigong grid for refined framework, square and lined grids for sentences.
- Three layouts: same char per row (repeated practice), multiple chars per row, and sentence flow (auto wrap).
- Fonts: KaiTi, SimSun, SimHei, FangSong, LiSu, Microsoft YaHei and YouYuan.
- Tracing/Copying modes: tracing shows light model chars; copying leaves blank cells. You can also show model chars in the first row.
- Title info: add a sheet title, name, class and date for printing and archiving.
