What is EXIF?

EXIF is metadata written into image files by digital cameras and phones when capturing, recording camera make/model, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, capture time and, on some devices, GPS coordinates. This tool parses it locally — images never leave your device.

Key Features

  • Basic info: camera make, model, software, orientation.
  • Shooting parameters: aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure bias, focal length, flash.
  • GPS location: latitude, longitude, altitude (some devices).
  • Local processing: images are parsed entirely in the browser for privacy.

How to Use

  1. Upload an image by click or drag.
  2. EXIF info is parsed and shown in groups automatically.
  3. Images without EXIF (screenshots, compressed files) show a notice.
